Lauren Gambaiana

Hey! I’m Lauren, a Nebraska native, born and raised in Omaha NE. In August 2020 I graduated from the University of Nebraska Lincoln with a degree in Nutrition Education and a minor in Psychology.

My love for sports nutrition started a very young age, in middIe school I ran track, was on the swim team, played tennis, and volleyball. At a young age I realized I would do much better in my meets when properly fueling and hydrating my body. In high school I ran cross country, and coached youth swim. My desire to learn more about athletic nutrition grew as I continued to progress in my athletic capabilities. I realized the more I prioritized fueling strategies that optimize performance, promote recovery, and reduce the risk of injury, the better I felt and competed.

I made fitness and nutrition a priority in college and decided on nutrition as my major. I spent a lot of my free time at the UNL campus rec center. After realizing the importance of nutrition and how it helped me, I wanted to teach others as well.  In college I taught an after school nutrition and exercise program for youth at Everett elementary school for four years. After graduating I worked as a Certified Health Coach for three years seeing 8-10 clients a day, and personal trained a handful of my clients there as well. Outside of work I love to cook and create tasty healthy recipes, hike, go on long bike rides, lift weights, spend time with friends, and snowboard.

With a holistic approach to health and fitness, I emphasize the importance of balanced nutrition, proper form, and mental well-being in achieving sustainable results. Whether you're aiming to lose weight, build muscle, improve athletic performance, or enhance overall well-being, I am dedicated to guiding and educating you every step of the way.

Beyond the gym, I am committed to inspiring others to lead healthier lifestyles and pursue their nutrition and fitness aspirations with confidence and determination.
