Gerald Morris

As a Texas native from Arlington, I relocated to Nebraska in August 2018 to pursue my academic and athletic aspirations. I graduated from Concordia University, Nebraska, in May 2023, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Recreation and Sports Management.

My dedication to athletic performance was cultivated during my football career at Arlington High School. Recognizing the exceptional talent of my peers, I understood that surpassing them required unwavering commitment and diligent effort. I proactively sought opportunities for athletic development, including engaging with trainers, dedicating extra time to practice, and implementing personal training regimens. This commitment yielded significant results, as I became a two-year varsity starter and was recognized for perfect attendance at optional summer workouts throughout my high school career—an achievement held by only a select few athletes since 2001.

This passion extended into my collegiate athletic journey at Concordia University. After contributing defensively as a freshman, I earned a starting position for the subsequent two seasons before a career-ending injury. Embracing the sentiment that "every athlete dies twice," I was determined to prevent the first death. Upon recovery and medical clearance, fitness became my central focus. I firmly believe that with sufficient will, everyone possesses the capacity to be an athlete in some form. Furthermore, I recognize the intrinsic connection between physical conditioning and mental well-being, encompassing attitude and confidence.

I am enthusiastic about the opportunity to contribute to the development of athletes and individuals at Three Pillars Performance, assisting them in achieving their athletic goals and becoming the best versions of themselves.
