Eliot Appleget

My passion for athletics and fitness started when I was young. From my own father coaching our youth swim and basketball teams to my grandfather coaching the Fremont Track team and being inducted into the Nebraska Coaches’ Hall of Fame. Coaching and athletics have always been in my family. First and foremost, my passion is to see individuals reach their full potential both physically and mentally. My personal journey didn’t lead to college or professional sports, but instead back to coaching athletes to achieve their goals.

I was born and raised in Lincoln, attending Southeast High School (2009-2013) where I swam competitively as a four-year letter winner. After high school I attended, and graduated, from the University of Nebraska in 2017 with a degree in marketing and advertising. During my time at UNL, I lost my way with athletics, but found the weight room. I fell in love with weightlifting, powerlifting, bodybuilding and the world of fitness.

Outside of the gym, I am a full-time realtor with Simplicity Real Estate here in Lincoln. After purchasing my own home in 2020, I decided to get my license and have been practicing real estate since. I love historic , turn of the 20th century homes, and am happy to talk about real estate with anyone, anytime.

I’m thrilled to join the Three Pillars team as a performance coach, and look forward to the opportunities ahead.
