CJ Cooper

I have been blessed to be married for 22 years, and we have five wonderful children ages 21, 19, 17, five, and 10 months old. I have previously held professional roles in the banking, technology, and sports industries. Athletics have always been a part of my life. Raised in a split family, Sports became my outlet and safe space. Later, learning more about my desire to lead others to become the best version of themselves, I was able to coach kids myself and that grew into a passion for helping athletes of all ages and abilities. It is a calling for me to help facilitate a healthier lifestyle for everyone I meet.  I have been blessed to do successfully coach kids, and teams from the ages of three into semi-professional careers. We have won league, Area, District, and even state championships. It has been an honor to partner with young people and other coaches to help athletes achieve their “ lightbulb” moments. I truly enjoy watching others find their passion and working hard to achieve their goals.

 

Three pillars performance started off as a side business to just help a couple of young athletes from the parents at a previous Boot Camp gym that we owned here in Lincoln. It has grown over the last six years to a fully operational training facility for both youth and adults. We believe in education first, training for your specific goals, and translating that to real life performance in all areas. We have assisted in helping approximately 50 athletes in the last three years get college scholarships to 38 different schools. Additionally, we have expanded our adult offerings to help in all areas of health, nutrition, fitness, mobility, range of motion, injury prevention, and overall health for athletes of all ages and abilities. You can also find us in our newly expanded training areas for Adaptive athletes and Special Olympics.

 

We are extremely passionate about helping the community. We would not be where we are today without the help of everyone that has surrounded us and it’s the Lincoln area community has played a large role in our success. We give back monthly to local ministries, and other nonprofits, aligning our company mission with serving others. We would be honored if you would join us!
