As a Registered Dietitian and Certified Sports Nutritionist, I’ve integrated my practice into the Three Pillars mission because I know that what happens in the kitchen is just as crucial as what happens in the training session. I don’t just hand out meal plans; I partner with athletes and active adults to "stomp the grapes" of daily habits so you can eventually "drink the wine" of your biggest goals.
