Rebecca Brown

I’m Bekka — a 55 year old Nebraska native, lifelong believer, and proud mom. I grew up in a ministry home, surrounded by faith, family, and community. Those roots shaped who I am today — especially my desire to help others feel supported, encouraged, and capable.

My fitness journey began in 2016. One afternoon, after a simple five-block walk with my son left me with hip and back pain, I remember thinking:

“I’m too young to live like this.”

That moment changed everything. Within days, I joined a gym, started working with a trainer, and committed to building a stronger, healthier body. Over time, fitness became more than exercise — it became my safe place, my reset button, and a huge part of my mental and emotional wellness.

Today, I’m passionate about helping others experience that same transformation. I believe a strong body supports a strong mind — and that everyone deserves to feel confident and welcomed when they walk into the gym. Whether you’re brand-new, returning after time away, or simply looking for encouragement, I understand how intimidating those first steps can feel. My goal is to create a positive, uplifting environment where you never have to feel out of place.

In addition to teaching and training, I am also an active bodybuilding competitor. I recently competed at the OCB Omaha Massacre, where I placed 1st in Novice and 2nd in my Open class — and it was my very first time competing in the Women’s Physique Division. Prior to that, I competed in the Figure Division in 2021. My next goal is to continue improving and, God willing, earn my Pro Card in the near future.

Outside of the gym, I am incredibly proud to be a mom of four adult children (ages 28–34) and “Ama” to three sweet grandsons. My family and faith continue to be my foundation and motivation.

Because of my own journey, I truly understand what it feels like to be new — to walk into a gym or class feeling awkward, nervous, or unsure. Worried about doing something wrong. Worried people are watching. Wondering if you belong.

You do.

My heart is to make sure no one ever feels alone in that process. I’m here to encourage you, challenge you, and remind you that you are stronger and more capable than you think.

It’s never too late to begin — and I’d be honored to be part of your journey.
