Trevin Lohse
Born and raised in Louisburg, Kansas, I grew up competing in baseball, basketball, and
football, experiences that laid the foundation for my discipline, work ethic, and respect for
structured training. Baseball was my primary sport, which I played throughout my life as a
pitcher. Those years in team sports shaped how I approach movement, performance, and
long-term physical development.
I went on to attend Pittsburg State University, where I earned my bachelor’s degree in
Exercise Science, deepening my understanding of biomechanics, strength training, and human
performance. After stepping away from competitive athletics, my focus shifted toward
bodybuilding, while still applying the athletic principles that originally built me as an athlete.
In November 2024, I stepped on the NPC bodybuilding stage for the first time, pushing
my physique to peak condition through intentional training, precise nutrition, and consistency.
That process reinforced my belief that sustainable results are built through precision, patience,
and relentless execution.
Today, my training philosophy blends athletic movement, progressive overload, and
physique-focused training, creating a balance between performance and aesthetics. Outside the
gym, I enjoy staying active through walks and sports, fishing, and continuously refining both my
mindset and craft.
